FAQs
Memberships & Packs
Which membership option is best for me?
The more you come, the cheaper it gets per class. Fortnightly memberships are the best value per class, include bonus access to our full on-demand video library and can be paused for planned absences.
Class packs give you a set period of time to use your classes but with no on-demand library access. All options allow you to switch between in person and livestream classes. Check out all our membership options here Reach out if you need help choosing the best fit.
How flexible are memberships?
Very flexible (pardon the pun😂)! Memberships are billed fortnightly, and class credits can be used anytime during that billing period & booked up to 120days in advance. There is a two-billing-cycle minimum period, and after that, you can pause your membership with two weeks’ notice for planned absences.
How do I pause, change or cancel my membership?
After the initial two billing cycles, you can pause or change your membership with two weeks’ notice for planned absences
Email or submit your request with these forms:
Membership Pause Form
Membership Cancellation Form
Membership Change Form
Any upcoming class bookings during your pause period will be removed & any included library membership access pauses. Once it resumes, you can jump back in as usual. You can still book classes scheduled for after your pause period.
What happens if my membership payment fails
If a payment fails, the system will usually retry automatically and you will be notified by email to update your details. If the payment still doesn’t go through, your membership and booking access may be temporarily paused until your payment details are updated.
If that happens, just get in touch — we’re happy to help you sort it out.
Where can I find the terms of my membership?
You can read all membership terms, including pause and cancellation policies, on our Terms and Conditions page.
Why can't I book by the term anymore?
We no longer run in terms, classes now run all year round due to student feedback . You can still get a 10 Class Pack that expires 10 weeks after first use if you prefer to attend that way. As per our old term bookings system, packs cannot be paused midway through or extended. If you want more flexibility to pause, memberships are the best & cheapest options per class and include on-demand library access.
What do I do when my class pack is used up?
You will get an email when your pack has less than 3 uses left. Buy a new pack anytime, it won’t activate until the first time that you use it to register for a class.
How can I see how many uses I have left on my membership or pack?
Log in & go to My Account → Memberships, then tap DETAILS next to the membership to see Uses (how many are left).
Classes
How do I reserve my classes?
We use TeamUp to manage class bookings, memberships and access to our on-demand video library all in one place. You create an account when you set up your first membership or make your first booking. Booking is a two-step process. First select your membership or class pack, then register for your preferred class(es). Sometimes you will be directed from our website direct to the TeamUp bookings page. This is to give you the best navigation experience, particularly on mobile devices. Please reach out if you need further guidance setting up for the first time.
What class should I choose?
All of our classes are gentle, adaptable and suitable for beginners. Information about class type can be found on our timetable page here. If you’re feeling unsure or coming back to movement after a break, you’ll be well looked after in any of our classes. If you’d like extra support, our Soft Start Program is a great place to begin.
Can I use my credits for any class?
Yes. Your membership or class pass can be used across the weekly timetable for slow strength, yoga and online livestream classes, giving you flexibility to book different times, teachers and locations.
Do I need to book ahead?
Yes. All classes need to be booked in advance through our booking page or by contacting us by email or phone if you are having trouble logging in. This helps secure your place and allows us to manage class sizes. Members can book up to 120 days ahead to reserve class spaces.
How do I change or cancel a class?
You can cancel or change your class booking by logging into your account and selecting to leave the class and then book a new one or contact us during office hours.
All classes have a 4-hour cancellation window. Changes made within that window are considered late cancellations and the credit will be forfeited.
Can I join a waitlist for a full class?
Yes, please join the waitlist as spaces often come up. You will be automatically added to the class and notified by email anytime up to the day prior. If it is on the same day, you will be sent an email and will need to claim the spot before it is sent to the next person on the waitlist.
What happens if I miss a class?
Life happens — we get it. If you cancel your booking more than 4 hours before the class, your credit will be returned to your account for you to use within your billing cycle or before your pack expires. You can do this yourself anytime by logging in, navigating to account > upcoming registrations and leaving the class you had booked or contact us directly during office hours. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the class are considered late cancellations and the credit will be forfeited.
How do the Zoom livestream classes work?
Some classes are available via Zoom, so you can join from home. Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive the link to join. At class time, simply click the link and follow along live.

What should I wear?
Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in. Fancy activewear not required — T-shirt, comfy pants, layers in winter… all absolutely fine.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open 20 mins before class start time. We recommend arriving at least 5–10 minutes before class so you have time to settle in and get comfortable. Keep in mind there may be a class running before yours.
I have an injury. How do I know if it’s safe for me to practice?
Our classes are designed to be adaptable and supportive. Please let your teacher know about any new injuries or concerns before class so we can offer appropriate options. If you’re unsure before booking, feel free to get in touch so we can help guide you. If you need to check with your health practitioner before attending, you can download a letter here explaining how we run our classes.
Do you offer concession pricing?
Yes. We offer 10% concession pricing for seniors, pensioners, students and healthcare card holders for our membership options. Please use the code CONCESSION at checkout and show your concession card at your first class.
Why has my class temporarily changed location?
We share space at our venues so during some mid-year school holiday periods, we temporarily shift some of our morning classes from Applecross to other nearby locations. All venues are noted on the live bookings calendar, and we’ll remind you by email nearer the time.
