Term & Casual Booking Options

Which booking option is best for me?

Term bookings are the best value per class and reserve your space in your preferred time slots in advance.  Term bookings include bonus access to video collections for home practice. New students, see our current starter offers here

Missed classes can be caught up within the current term, & you can switch between time slots, subject to space.  Move between in-person and livestream classes to suit your schedule.  Extra add-on classes, if you wish to come more than once a week, are half price.

Casual drop-in sessions are only bookable once term is underway, preference is given to term bookings up until then.

Can I have a recurring standing reservation each term?

Yes, you can!  We can auto-renew your term booking in your preferred class to ensure you never miss out.  Fill out the form here to request this option, and you will never have to make a manual booking again!

Where can I find the booking terms & conditions?

Terms and Conditions page. – this is located in the footer of every page on our website and is also displayed during the bookings process.

What class should I choose?

All of our classes are gentle, adaptable and suitable for beginners. Information about classes is on our timetable page . If you’re feeling unsure or coming back to movement after a break, you’ll be well looked after in any of our classes. If you’d like extra support starting, our Soft Start Program is a great place to begin.

Do I need to book ahead?

We recommend booking in advance to avoid being turned away. Some of our time slots fill up in advance. You can do this through our bookings page or by contacting us by email or phone.  This secures your place, helps us manage class sizes and is the least stressful for our teachers (because we care about them too!)

How do I change or cancel a class?

To cancel or change your class, please pop us an email or text at least 2 hours before class so we can give your spot to someone else.   As long as you do this, you will be able to catch that class up later in the term or beforehand if you let us know you are going away.  Repeated late cancellations and no-shows will result in your catch-up classes being forfeited.  This keeps things fair for everyone.
