Classes run on a limited schedule on public holidays as marked on the live bookings calendar.
*NB: Some morning classes in Applecross temporarily relocate for two weeks during April, July & Oct school holidays. The live website bookings calendar shows the current timetable including venue changes, holiday period closures & scheduled teachers.
Yoga
Gentle therapeutic yoga for all levels including complete beginners & not-so-new bodies.
Options are given for all abilities, and you can work from a chair for some things if you need to.
Each class ends with a relaxing guided meditation. A well-rounded practice that ticks all the boxes, your nervous system will thank you later!
Scheduled for efficiency, attend slow strength, make a cuppa in between and stay for yoga or attend separately. Mix & match to suit your schedule!
Slow Strength
Slow, mindful strength class with resistance bands to complement your yoga practice.
Everyone who does yoga should strength train, and everyone who strength trains should do yoga!
If you hate the gym or lifting weights, you’ll love these classes built by yogis for yogis. Fully adaptable for restricted movement; soft-handle bands are available.

Beginners welcome in all yoga classes
All yoga classes & slow strength classes are open level so you can join any anytime! Options for all levels, including beginners at each class so you’ll never feel left behind. We still keep a special eye on new students and limit our intake for newbies at each class. New Students, follow the button below.
We are switching to our new class model and year-round operations with an expanded timetable and flexible attendance options from 20 April 2026.
Locations
Yoga classes are located just south of Perth in shared studio spaces in Applecross, Fremantle & Bateman. There is ample free parking, heating and cooling for your comfort.
