I created this series of free online yoga videos as a resource that you can come back to whenever you need a bit of inspiration.

 

There is loads of free online yoga around but we wanted to create something different. Something anyone can do with minimal time on their hands, no yoga experience, and no fancy yoga equipment. And so, yoga in 60 seconds the online yoga video series was born!

I know what people struggle with in both starting a yoga practice and continuing on with it. Time is a BIG factor. It’s my hope that these short practices will encourage you to do a little more home practice. Even if it is just a minute, it sets up a great habit! Doing a little often really is where the magic happens in yoga.

PS. Those letters after my name mean I’m certified with the International Association of Yoga Therapists. This is the highest level of certification available globally. It means we’re trusted by health practitioners when they are making referrals and committed to ongoing professional development in line with latest research and findings in the yoga and health industry. This certification matters because registration with IAYT is a rigorous process and yoga therapy is an unregulated industry. Yoga therapists that are serious about what they do voluntarily register themselves and agree to uphold a code of ethics and work within their scope of practice

Please Note: Most of our class videos are recorded for our students who have already practiced with us in person.  If you are new to things or injured and not sure if this is right for you then we suggest attending some yoga classes with a qualified teacher to ensure safety during your practice.  We advise that you consult with a health professional (e.g GP) first before starting a yoga practice.
