Welcome! We’re so happy you made it here.
Charleyoga is a place for befriending your body & mind, finding new confidence and reconnecting with who you are. If you think you’re too broken, too old, or too far gone, you have found your people. No one is turned away for being “too hard” to help.
Showing up is the hardest part, and however you arrive, you are enough.
If you’re carrying some old injuries, it feels like your body doesn’t move the way it used to or you’ve tried other things that were just too hard, this was made for you.
Real people, real life, laughter, mistakes, and the messy middle. We blend evidence-based practices with yoga’s traditional roots, showing that strength, softness, and self-compassion can coexist beautifully.
If you want to keep it real & show up in your old t-shirt & trackies, you belong here.
A Supported Place to Begin:
The 4-Week Soft Start Program
The program is designed for anyone who wants to move more confidently again, without rushing, forcing, or feeling like they need to keep up.
There is no pressure to perform, everything is guided, optional, and adjusted to suit you.
The Soft Start Program includes:
- 4-weeks of unlimited group classes for all levels including complete beginners
- Personal onboarding conversation to talk through your body, your history and what feels uncertain to help us understand how best to support you
- Gentle preparation – Short, easy videos help you understand what to expect & how to move safely. So the experience feels familiar before you even step into class.
- Three months of on-demand yoga library access with 200+ videos to explore in your own time. With guidance on which ones will suit you.
- Friendly teachers who remember your name (well, most of the time!)
- Spacious venues with temperature control, easy parking & a welcoming community so you’ll feel at home right away.
- Regular check-ins as you need them
