Engaging, encouraging, supportive & great fun! I really enjoyed the sessions, learning about meditation and how I can us it in my life. From learning to breathe, listening and trying different meditations. It's given me something focus on and it’s really helped me! I’m looking forward to going over all the information and learning more about meditation and how I can improve and use it in my life. I like the fact we can catch up and read the slides via our private group, it’s our mini library on meditation. I will be using this a lot. The best meditation is when Charley does her lovely relaxation meditation and we lie down, she needs to bottle this! Charley is amazing! She’s so calm, engaging, encouraging and supportive. She’s also great fun!!

Warm & welcoming, a safe online space to learn Charley’s warm and welcoming personal delivery style was exactly what I needed to learn more about meditation. Her six week introductory course created a safe online space for our small group of participants to meet up. She encouraged accountability and enabled us to share our experiences as we explored and developed new meditation techniques, set our intentions and learnt about the benefits and science behind...thinking deeply in silence and glimpsing our own true nature.

Health benefits of meditation are amazing! Got a lot out of the meditation course, more than I expected.
You have done a great job structuring it. Enjoyed the small group chats to get to know a few people. Great being in a group hearing what others have experienced is interesting and encouraging. Found your approach to everyone’s efforts – big or small- very encouraging and didn’t feel pressured to meet specific criteria. An invitation to try different things, all delivered in layman’s terms. Mala beads were a lovely surprise. As you explained, the research shows the health benefits of meditation are amazing. This is valuable work you are doing! Thank you for running this course.

The Secret To Making Meditation A Lifelong Practice. I’ve been wanting to explore meditation but couldn’t find a course that was the right fit for me. When Charley said she was doing a course I jumped at the chance as I knew it would be done in the same encouraging, non-judgemental and embracing way she teaches yoga. I have learned that meditation is a journey and I now have the skills to begin it. Talking and sharing with others who were also learning was invaluable as it showed everyone had successes and struggles. For this reason, I loved the attitude of celebrating the small wins we got from the class. Charley understands that everyone is different and doesn’t give a one size fits all formula. Instead, she gives you insights, tools and methods so you can follow your own path. I think this is the secret to making meditation a lifelong practice.

I'm So Pleased With Myself. I enjoyed the opportunity to have a go at different yoga practices and hearing you talk about ‘what works for you’. This is so empowering as opposed to attempting to take on board one way and failing. I think this is what has enabled me to maintain my efforts since the course finished. The positive, serious but light touch presentation style kept us on track and moving without rushing anyone. I valued your acceptance of whatever efforts we’d made with gentle nudges to improve what we were doing or how we were doing it. There was little that didn’t work for me or that I felt I couldn’t accept as part of an online group of diverse people most of whom had never met. I've kept up the daily meditation and am so pleased with myself thanks to you.

Suitable For People Of All Stages. I really enjoyed the zoom sessions. The course itself had obviously been very well prepared and was suitable for people of all stages of their meditation journey, and I was as pleased as punch that my wife has now become a devotee and is obviously now seeing the unseen benefits of meditation. Personally I've now increased my time “thinking” by another half and of late now am getting back to the self discipline of making time available.
