Liz Pippet

I started yoga at age 15 and it is now an integral part of my life. It has been invaluable to me on so many different levels; during my pregnancies, in times of crisis, times of change, and times of fortune. I always leave a Yoga class feeling uplifted and ready for whatever comes my way.

As an Occupational Therapist I have worked in a variety of community and hospital settings.  This includes mental health, aged care and in pediatrics.  I have noted the benefit that yoga has to offer all these groups.

After many years of practicing, I decided it was time to follow my heart so undertook the Friends In Yoga Teaching Training Course. In January 2015, I completed the Advanced Teacher Training with renowned International Yoga Teacher, Donna Farhi. I now look forward to making Yoga accessible and safe to all who may be interested.

I also enjoy practicing and teaching Tai Chi and am trained in Tai Chi for Osteoporosis and Tai Chi for Energy.  These programs are designed by Dr Paul Lam and a team of health specialists and Tai Chi experts.
