Heather Robbins
I’ve been practising yoga for almost 25 years and love how accessible it is—you can practise anywhere, anytime.
At the heart of my practice and teaching is the breath. The ability to slow down, connect inward and calm the mind within just a few minutes is something I deeply value and enjoy sharing with my students.
After discovering yoga as a lifelong path, I completed my teacher training and have spent the past 12 years studying with some of Western Australia’s most experienced teachers. My background includes Iyengar, Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga, and in 2022 I completed postgraduate training in Therapeutic Yoga, becoming a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist.
I now teach predominantly Hatha Yoga using a therapeutic approach that meets you at your level. My classes are designed to support a range of abilities, with a focus on strength, stability, relaxation and breath.
Each week offers something a little different, while maintaining a consistent intention—to help you move well, feel supported, and build confidence in your body and practice.
