You asked for it, here it is!  A mini-retreat dedicated to nurturing your entire self with practices to rest, renew & recharge with the power of your breath

Venue: Piney Lakes Environment Centre, Leach Hwy, Winthrop (between Riseley st & Murdoch Drive)

Suited to all levels and no yoga experience needed.   Take an afternoon out for yourself.  This workshop is  open to those physically unwell (eg undergoing cancer treatments, recovering from or dealing with illness) or experiencing stress and/or anxiety, please call us if you are unsure. We will experiment with props to support the body in some passive, opening poses that will work deeply into the connective tissues to release tension.  We’ll also experiment with the using the breath and have a play around with several techniques.  There will also be plenty of time dedicated to relaxing meditations to complement the physical components.  Afternoon tea is included. Bring a mat, blanket, 2 x large cushions or pillows (bolster if you have one), props are essential for this workshop so don’t forget! (if you don’t have a mat, please let us know)

PLEASE NOTE – this workshop is not specifically pitched at yoga teachers but you are very welcome to attend and have a day of nurturing yourself for a change! (3 CPD points with Yoga Australia)
