Charleyoga offers rejuvenating, accessible yoga in Melville. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never tried a yoga class before, are a seasoned practitioner or maybe just had a break for a while. We know you’ll benefit from one of our sessions.
Our teachers are all experienced and have a genuine passion for yoga and sharing it with their students. You can trust us to provide you with a yoga experience that is supportive of your current physical abilities and will allow you to improve at your own pace, not ours.

Founded by Owner and Teacher, Charley Hickey, Charleyoga aims to make yoga classes accessible to all abilities, including those with injuries and bodily restrictions.
Our yoga classes are a gentle combination of therapeutic yoga, pilates, fitness movements and relaxing meditation. There is an emphasis on breathing and awareness. We encourage you to take things at your own pace whilst relaxing and enjoying the movements. We promise not to poke you, push you or try to move you into impossible positions.
The aim is to feel good during and after your yoga class and effectively release tension from your body and mind whilst improving flexibility and strength. Many students report that their stress levels are reduced after yoga class and that they sleep better.

- To always be supportive of new yogis, you’ll never feel lost or that you are doing something wrong, even in a large class.
- We will never pressure or force students into positions they are uncomfortable with.
