What to Bring


  • Mat if you have one, or borrow one from us for your first session. Thick mats are recommended we sell 15mm therapy mats which you can either add to your booking or purchase separately here
  • Wear comfortable clothing, barefoot or socks are fine, we sell gripperz non slip socks
  • Blanket for relaxation in cooler months and water bottle
  • Eat only a light snack up to an hour before class, leave a few hours after a heavy meal
  • Health form fill your information when you book for the term or create a customer login here
  • A friend – If you don’t like to try new things alone then bring a friend along, it’s great motivation.
  • Bookings – It’s a good idea to book for your first class, just to ensure there is space and avoid disappointment.
