    Hi, I’m Charley, a yoga therapist located in Fremantle, Western Australia.

    I’m really excited about sharing this process that I’ve developed over 30+ years of my own practice. I know what works and what doesn’t and how to easily add meditation into your daily routine, however busy your life is.  This course will have you starting your daily meditation habit straight away!

    Regular meditation can help you put things into perspective to find clarity and calm amidst the chaos.  As your self-confidence improves so do your relationships and interactions with others. Prioritising yourself becomes easy, you cope better with things and sleep comes more readily.

    I’d love to guide you through this journey where you will grow, learn about yourself, develop lifelong skills, and connect with like-minded people.
