Say goodbye to back stiffness
This gentle yoga move makes it into my practice every single day and is a lovely moving meditation. Perfect for beginners and those with ongoing back stiffness. It gently & safely twists the spine with the support of the floor beneath it so there is very little risk of injury or provoking pain. You don’t need to go far but if it feels ok to, you can expand it out a little further to the sides gradually. You are in control!
Continue for 12 x rounds of breath or longer if you have time. Add it to your daily routine this week and see if it could become a staple in your regular mini practices.
