Foam Roller WorkshopOur foam roller workshop (Self Myofascial Release) is great for those wishing to actively manage tension in the body.  Learn how to find tight bits so they can be released.  Be quick as this one is popular & usually books out in advance.

Venue: Sivananda Ashram & Beacon Yoga Centre, 151 South Street, Beaconsfield

Run by senior yoga teacher and experienced yoga therapist Charley Hickey.  Learn how to safely and effectively use self myofascial release (SMR) with a foam roller and massage balls. Great for getting into tight spots in the body that other techniques may have missed.  Also included are gentle yoga movements, progressive muscle relaxation, meditation and breathing practices. No experience is needed at all with beginner rollers provided.  Many people own a foam roller yet aren’t sure what to do with it so it’s an opportunity to get some pointers. The day includes morning tea and also a take home pack.
